If you want an experience where you feel like someone is actually doing all they can to help you, then this is the place for you, I'd be completely lost without these guys thank you in balance physio for making me feel like someone cares!

Starting on the Autism Journey with two children on the spectrum was pretty daunting until I found Claire and the team at AIM OT. At AIM both children have greatly benefited from early intervention therapy, group therapy and since starting in the mainstream system this year, they are now receiving school based therapy with Claire. The difference in both children since they started at AIM is amazing and I will say without a doubt Claire and her team have contributed greatly to their success. Claire is the ultimate professional, she has gone out of her way to support me and the children with any issues great and small. She is extremely dedicated, knowledgeable, hands on and proactive and she passes these attributes onto her team. I would definitely recommend AIM OT to anyone in need of superior Occupational Therapy!

Madi has been my Physio for the last three years and I have been coming to Mandurah Physiotherapy for over 25 years. My experience here has always been positive!I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Again this service provider has let my Mother down by not showing up to care for her when she needs help with everything except feeding herself. I came home once again to find her in soiled bed, hungry and cold. Mom is not in good health and needs regular care. When I reported this I was given an apology and told at 5pm last night that by the way" We have nobody to care for her tomorrow and Friday... "Sorry!" I am at work and she has no one else to help her! I just asked for an update now.... and the text said..."Unfortunately we do not have resources for todays service and scheduling are still working on tomorrow!" I still have no idea what happened yesterday as no one will answer me! I am going to have to source resources myself and this might be quoting my job... again to pick up where this company fails! I am also going to investigate further with many misconducts in the past that they have tried to rectify but have continued to fail! What will it take a death someone notices? If anyone else is suffering with their family like I am

Saw Adele for Physio treatment for my neck - the booking system on line is really easy, and Adele was lovely, knowledgeable and gave me great practical advice to reduce my neck pain and improve my strength, mobility and posture. After some 'hands on' treatment, I felt so much better walking out of the treatment room than when I walked in.

Tash is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and helped us completely change our sleep. With her background she was able to notice very subtle signs of sleep disordered breathing that other typical sleep consultants wouldn’t have been able to. Tash is realistic, caring and supportive. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have been at this clinic a number of times seeing a physiotherapist Mark and a chiropractor for different issues and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Each of their practitioners are highly skilled and really care for their patients, not rushing, very friendly and very good at what they do.The reception staff are also amazing and always try to accommodate my needs like when I needed urgent appointments or didn't have a babysitter on few occasions for my 14mnt old, they advise I can bring her in to the appointment and if she is unsettled they can help to look after her while I receive the treatment (which they did). For me as a mom this means a lot.By the way, for pelvic girdle pain I would highly recommend the chiropractor Zara. I never thought that pain would go away but it did.

I cannot praise these guys highly enough. They are absolutely amazing with my 12 year old daughter. Rebecca and Jade - you two ROCK!!!
